We want you to love your manicure; however, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene safety, we only accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply to certain orders.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unopened Static Nails products in their original box or a padded mailer to ensure they arrive undamaged.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
